Backed by a career with Jetaine Corporations, Red Earth (ESPRIT GROUP) in Singapore and Malaysia, a Managing Director for Malaysia at Prestige Product Distribution, and a leading consulting position for Rustan Group (Philippines), driving the P&G fragrance business for the country. She propelled the company forward with her core competencies in the areas of strategic partnership, investor relations, sales and distribution strategy, tactical market planning, P&L management/budget planning, strong financial acumen, product development expertise, risk management, key partnership development, intrepid, change management, operations efficiency improvement, retail operations management, brand management, cross functional management, startups, turnarounds & consolidations, sales & marketing strategies, capital raising workflow solutions, networking and new process implementation.
She has strong expertise in drafting marketing strategies with digital commerce (B2B2C), digital media implementation, customer relationship management, public relations, promotional event management and others. Educated in France, Stephane Lo was at the heart of the Korean economic boom which started in 1993 as many luxury brands companies started to open their subsidiaries in Korea. After spending 5 years of career at the Shilla Hotel Seoul, he joined L’Oreal in 1992 as Marketing manager to prepare the implementation of its subsidiary in Korea.
In 1996 seeing the potential of the perfume market, he joined IPC Co Ltd and succeeded in signing distribution contracts with companies like Interparfums for Burberry and other perfume & cosmetics brands and was at the front of the joint venture between Cosmopolitan Cosmetics Gmbh and IPC Co Ltd.
He was appointed as General Manager of Cosmopolitan Cosmetics Korea where he spearheaded the development of Parfums Gucci, Anna Sui cosmetics, Escada, Naomi Campbell etc…
In 2004, seeing the expansion of South Korea as the largest Duty Free Business in the world (over 8 billions USD in 2014), Stephane created KL Limited, a Duty Free Agent company. He is currently the acting Managing Director of his company who represents world known perfume brands such as Prada, Valentino, Nina Ricci etc... (PUIG), Penhaligon's, Bvlgari Parfums and Ferrari (Perfume Holding) in Korea Travel Retail.
Melanie holds a Master Degree in food engineering and started her career as a Sales Manager, specialised in raw materials purchasing, where she contributed to evaluating, selecting and monitoring an ongoing basis of new products.
In 2000, Melanie was hired by Cadbury France, the second-largest global British company in the food confectionary industry as Sales Manager. On top of classical products purchasing management, she was also in charge of coordinating project services between other Cardbury’s France division, by managing 15 sub-contractor sales relationships.
Having acquired a rich background in the commercial and managerial aspect of food industry, Mélanie obtained a position as an International Director at Olivier & Co. from 2006 to April 2017. She has developed the export markets by implementing company’s owned subsidiaries in the US and Norway regions as well as identifying and establishing business affiliates for other international markets. Growing the US Market, she understands the importance of ecommerce. She implements the ecommerce strategy from new website to online marketing strategies. Strong in premium food sourcing with international environment and ecommerce expertise, Melanie is now developing her own activities, through project management for different companies.
Monique Lepoutre has extensive experience in Beauty, Fragrance and Consumer Products. She delivers bottom line improvement through targeted brand/product portfolio strategies, channel development, trade account management and support programs. She has developed effective go-to-market strategies and tailored them to each trade-account’s needs, thereby generating over 40% growth, even in saturated or mature markets.
Across Asia Pacific, she has built an extensive network with leading distributors, retailers and specialty stores in each country. In leisure and travel, her network includes airlines and airports. Monique has worked with several leading companies in the consumer products space. These include Clorox, Procter & Gamble, Estee Lauder, LVMH, L’Oreal and Wella with brands such as SK II, Burt’s Bees, Anna Sui, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Givenchy, Kenzo.
Since moving to Asia in 1990, she covered markets in North Asia (Japan, Korea, Greater China), ASEAN, India, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
